A man from Mooreland is facing two felonies after crashing an alleged stolen vehicle Monday afternoon. Billy Wayne, 28, was charged with larceny of an automobile and possession of a stolen vehicle in Woodward County District Court Tuesday. Authorities late Wednesday night said a suspect is in custody after a shooting early Wednesday morning in Woodward.
