Authorities late Wednesday night said a suspect is in custody after a shooting early Wednesday morning in Woodward. Woodward Police, along with the OSBI, OBN and FBI spent the day investigating the shooting death of 22 year-old Justin Lout at 703 2nd Street. Police said the shooting took place between 3:45 a.m. and 4 a.m.
